Crock Pot Mexican Dip

Ingredients

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 small onion chopped
2 1/2 cups salsa (use your favorite)
1 lb Velveeta cheese

Directions

On medium/high heat, brown ground beef with onion in large skillet. Drain. Place meat and onion mixture into the crock pot and add salsa. Cube the cheese and mix it into the crock pot. Cook on low heat and stir occasionally until cheese is melted. Turn the crock pot to keep warm. Serve in crock pot or transfer to serving bowl.
