Reuben Dip

Ingredients

Ingredients
2 cups sauerkraut
1 cup cream cheese, softened
2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
2 cups corned beef, chopped
1/4 cup Thousand Island dressing

Directions

Mix all ingredients in the crock pot. Heat on high until Swiss cheese is melted, stirring occasionally. Turn to keep warm. Serve in crackpot or transfer to serving bowl. Goes great with any bread especially rye.
