I really like to rethink classic recipes in a new way. A very interesting find was apricot adjika. It was a spontaneous idea – if you can make it from plums, then why not try something else? And it turned out just amazing!

Step by step cooking recipe

Remove pits from apricots.

Pass them through a meat grinder with garlic.

Add the rest of the ingredients and bring the adjika to a boil.

Boil it for 15 minutes and roll it into sterilized jars.
