Rinse, peel and chop the vegetables, then pass through a meat grinder.
Add salt, sugar and vegetable oil to the resulting vegetable mass and boil for 40 minutes over low heat.
Add chopped garlic, ground red pepper, pour in vinegar and boil for another 10 minutes.
Pour boiling adjika into dry sterile jars, roll up, wrap and cool upside down. Adjika is ready!
