Step by step cooking recipe
Prepare peppers for roasting. The main thing in cooking is baking peppers. If you do it on the grill, then the sauce will have a pleasant smoked taste.
Wash the peppers, pour over with vegetable oil and send to bake for 20 minutes. When the pepper is ready, cool it and remove the top film.
Puree the peppers in a blender or use a meat grinder for this. Pass the garlic through a press, add salt, sugar and spices to taste. Let the sauce simmer over medium heat for about 15 minutes.
At the end of cooking, add vinegar and boil the sauce for 5 minutes. Prepare jars, rinse and sterilize. Pour the sauce into jars and roll up.
