Apple and melon compote for the winter
Compote from melon with apples retains most of the vitamins and minerals contained in fresh fruits. The drink perfectly quenches thirst and normalizes metabolic processes. There are many cooking options, today I will share a recipe for compote without sterilization

Step by step cooking recipe
Peel the melon from the peel and seeds, cut into cubes.
Peel the apples from the skin and cores, cut into slices.
Place the apple peel in a saucepan, cover with water and boil a little. Then we discard the peel, it is no longer needed. Add sugar, apple slices to the apple broth and boil over low heat for 8-10 minutes.
Add the melon pieces to the compote and boil everything together for 3-5 minutes.
Pour the prepared compote from melon with apples into pre-sterilized jars and twist. It is recommended to store the workpiece in the refrigerator.
