Step by step cooking recipe

Squeeze the juice from cherries and apples separately using a juicer or other convenient method.

Mix them with sugar and heat to about 85 degrees.

Pour the juice into jars and sterilize them for 20-30 minutes in a pot of boiling water.

Roll up the blank for the winter.
