Let’s prepare natural homemade apple juice for the winter using a juicer? The finished juice is quite concentrated, so I advise you to dilute it with a small amount of boiled or mineral water before drinking.


  • Apples –
    6 kg
  • Sugar
    150 g (or to taste)

Step by step cooking recipe

For juice, I advise you to use juicy varieties of summer apples. So, rinse the apples and dry them slightly, cut them in half, remove the cores, cut into slices.

Pass the prepared apples through a juicer.

Pour the resulting juice into an enameled cooking pot and leave for 10-15 minutes.

Then collect the foam, put the saucepan with the juice on a small fire, add sugar to taste and, stirring with a wooden spoon to dissolve the sugar, heat the juice to 90-95 ° C. Don’t let the juice boil!

Pour hot apple juice into pre-sterilized jars, roll up, turn upside down, wrap and leave to cool completely. Transfer the cooled juice to storage in a cool dark place.
