Stock up on delicious apple puree for the winter! For this, you can use even sluggish and ugly fruits. In the process of cooking, they are boiled and mashed with a blender. The amount of sugar depends on the acidity of the apples and your taste preferences.

Step by step cooking recipe

Cut apples into quarters, peel and pit, chop.

Place the blank in a saucepan and sprinkle with lemon juice so that the apples do not darken.

Add sugar, water and boil for 20 minutes over low heat.

Blend with an immersion blender until smooth.

Divide the applesauce into clean, dry jars and sterilize for 15 minutes.

Carefully remove the jars from the sterilization bath and roll up.
