Step by step cooking recipe
Rinse the apricots, pat dry, cut in half and remove the pits.
Make syrup from water and sugar.
Pour apricot halves with boiling syrup, bring to a boil over medium heat and boil for 5 minutes. Remove jam from heat and let cool.
Repeat the cooking procedure twice more.
Pour hot jam into pre-sterilized jars, seal tightly, turn upside down and cool. Store cooled apricot jam in a cool, dark place.
