Step by step cooking recipe
Rinse the apricots, cut them in half and remove the pits.
Cut the apricots into small pieces, sprinkle with sugar and leave for 1.5-2 hours.
Transfer the workpiece to the bowl of the bread machine, add lemon juice.
Close the lid and activate the “Jam” mode for 1 hour 20 minutes.
Pour the hot jam into sterilized jars and roll up.
