Apricot jelly – a simple and delicious recipe, how to cook step by step
How nice it is to open a jar of jam in winter and remember the summer days. To do this, take care of the blanks in advance. I propose to cook a delicious apricot jelly. Bright, fragrant and very tasty, you will definitely like it.
Ingredients

Apricots (ripe)
2 kg -
Sugar –
1,5 kg -
Gelatin –
60 Mr -
Lemon acid –
0,5 c.l. -
Water –
200 Jr
Step by step cooking recipe
Rinse the apricots thoroughly, remove the pits and put them in a saucepan with a thick bottom.
Pour half the sugar, cover and leave at room temperature for 2 hours.
Mix the remaining sugar with gelatin and pour into a pan with apricots.
Add water, citric acid and simmer for 5 minutes over low heat.
Remove from heat and puree with an immersion blender.
Return the pot to the heat and boil for 2-3 minutes.
Pour the jelly into sterilized jars and roll up.
