Apricots in jelly with gelatin for the winter

One of the most interesting ways to prepare apricots for the winter is to roll them into jars, not just in syrup, but in jelly with gelatin. It turns out very tasty and unusual. Children are especially delighted, so I highly recommend trying it.


  • Apricots –
    1 kg
  • Water
    700 Jr
  • Gelatin –
    2 st.l.
  • Sugar
    300 Mr
  • Lemon acid
    2 pinches

Step by step cooking recipe

Wash the apricots. Remove bones if desired.

Put the apricots in sterilized jars, pour boiling water and leave for 15 minutes under the lid.

Dissolve gelatin in water as directed.

Drain the water from the apricots, add sugar to it and boil again.

Remove syrup from heat, add citric acid and gelatin, and mix thoroughly.

Pour syrup over apricots and roll up for the winter.
