Baked champignons stuffed with feta sauce maheev
Step by step cooking recipe
Wipe mushrooms with a napkin from dirt.
Unscrew the leg from the hat.
Sprinkle mushroom caps with lemon juice, sprinkle with paprika, Provence herbs and add mustard and mayonnaise sauce sour cream with mushrooms TM Maheev.
Salt and pepper to taste and mix gently so that all the mushrooms get the sauce.
Leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
Turn on the oven to preheat to 200 degrees.
Prepare the stuffing for mushrooms from feta, squeezed garlic and chopped green onions.
For juiciness, add sour cream mayonnaise sauce with mushrooms TM Maheev.
Thoroughly knead the mass with a fork.
Stuff the mushroom caps with the prepared feta filling and sprinkle with paprika.
Drizzle lightly with olive oil.
Put a baking sheet with champignons in a well-heated oven for 15 minutes.
A wonderful appetizer for the holiday table is ready!
Delicious either warm or cold.
