Baked mandarin chicken

Wash the chicken well and pat dry with paper towels.
Rub the chicken with salt and pepper.
Mix butter with your favorite seasoning.
I use herbes de provence.
On the breast and legs, gently lift the skin and coat with butter.
Wash tangerines and pour over with boiling water.
Cut one tangerine into rings, and the second into slices (along with the skin).
Put tangerine rings under the skin on the breast.
Put mandarin slices into the belly.
Stab the abdomen with toothpicks, tie the legs.
Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
Roast the chicken for 20 minutes at 200 degrees, then lower the temperature to 180 and bake until done.
If the breast starts to burn, then you can put a piece of foil on top.
