Step by step cooking recipe
Marinate chicken thighs with Maheev mustard, chopped garlic, soy sauce, spices for poultry, salt and pepper to taste.
While the meat is soaking, chop the onion and carrot and fry in vegetable oil.
Add Maheev tomato ketchup, a little water and bring to a boil.
Pour black rice into the bottom of a baking dish.
Spread vegetable dressing on top, add bay leaf.
Put chicken thighs.
Pour in the wine.
Add chicken broth (or water) so that the liquid is 1.5-2 cm higher than the rice.
Close the form with foil, making 2-3 small holes with a knife to release steam.
Put in a preheated oven (180 degrees) and bake for 40-45 minutes.
Make sure the meat is ready by piercing in the thickest place with a knife, transparent juice should stand out.
Then remove the foil and let the chicken thighs brown.
Decorate with herbs, cherry tomatoes, a slice of lemon.
