Baked tuna with olives and tomatoes

Wash the tuna, pat dry with paper towels.
I have a long piece and I cut it in half.
Grind garlic, add salt, pepper, pour in olive oil and mix.
Coat the tuna pieces with this mixture.
Leave to marinate for 20 minutes.
Turn on the oven to preheat 200 degrees.
Place half of the olives and cherry tomatoes in a baking dish.
Place pieces of tuna on them.
Put the second half of the olives and cherry tomatoes on top of the fish.
Drizzle with olive oil and place in the oven for 20 minutes.
When serving, sprinkle with chopped green onions and parsley.
