Baked turkey drumstick with mustard maheev festive

Step by step cooking recipe

Wash the turkey thighs well and pat dry.

Peel the garlic and cut into cubes.

Make punctures with a sharp thin knife and put garlic sticks into them, 1 into each puncture.

In a bowl, mix Maheev mustard, Provencal herbs, salt, pepper and vegetable oil.

Coat the meat and leave to marinate overnight.

Place the drumsticks in a baking bag and send to the preheated oven.

Oven temperature 180 degrees.

Bake the drumsticks for about 1.5 hours.
