BBQ chicken legs in the oven
We prepare the chicken drumsticks, transfer them to a deep bowl, add salt, mix and let the legs salt for half an hour.
Barbecue sauce is ready.
We send three tablespoons of ketchup and soy sauce to the stewpan, pour two tablespoons of balsamic cream and sbitnya, pour one heaped tablespoon of smoked paprika and sugar, add half a tablespoon of ground black pepper.
Mix thoroughly and heat over medium heat.
As soon as the bubbles go, the sauce is ready, remove it from the stove.
We put the prepared drumsticks on a baking sheet and send them to the oven, heated to 200 degrees, plus convection (if you don’t have convection in the oven, cook at a temperature of 210 degrees).
Cook on the middle shelf for 15 minutes.
We remove the baking sheet with the legs from the oven, carefully grease them with the prepared sauce.
We return the baking sheet with the legs to the oven, put it closer to the top and bake for 6-8 minutes.
After the time has elapsed, we take the baking sheet out of the oven, the legs are ready.
But if you want a brighter taste, then grease the legs a second time with barbecue sauce and put in the oven for another 3 minutes.
The legs are incredibly tasty!
You can eat them just like that, or you can serve them with mashed potatoes, boiled rice or pasta.
