Beet and radish salad with fried onions

For a salad, you need juicy, sweet and preferably young beets.

Black radish can be replaced with green.

Prepare vegetables, wash and peel them.

Radishes and beets are about the same amount, beets can be smaller, and fry more onions, it tastes better with it.

On a grater for Korean salads (it’s more beautiful), grate the radish and raw beets.

Cut the onion into quarter rings and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.

Cool down.

Combine grated beets and radish, fried onion, along with the oil in which it was fried.

Salt, pepper and mix well.

You can add a couple more tablespoons of oil for juiciness.

Delicious and healthy salad is ready!

If you let the salad brew for several hours, then it only becomes tastier.
