Step by step cooking recipe

On a form with a diameter of 24 cm. Separate the whites from the yolks. It is advisable to use eggs at room temperature.

Beat egg whites with a pinch of salt and sugar until peaks form.

Add pre-sifted flour and starch, mix gently with a whisk, gently moving from bottom to top.

Pour the dough into a mold, do not lubricate anything, snap a piece of baking paper to the bottom.

Bake at 170-180C for about 40-45 minutes.

Cool the biscuit, stand and cut into 3 parts.

Impregnation: boil water and sugar, cool, add cognac / rum and vanilla.

Combine cream with icing sugar, vanilla sugar and beat until airy stable peaks, do not over-whip!

Lay out the first cake, impregnation, cream, then the second cake, impregnation, cream, evenly smooth and cover with the remaining 3 m cake, soak, the rest of the cream, align the top and sides.

Leave the cake overnight in the refrigerator.

The next day, sprinkle with coconut flakes, decorate.
