Step by step cooking recipe

In a bowl, mix most of the flour with butter, grind into small crumbs with a fork or hands;

Separately, mix the egg, sour cream, sugar, salt, soda, quenched with lemon juice;

Then send the resulting mass to the butter-flour crumbs, mix, add the remaining flour and quickly knead the soft dough.

Put in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes;

Divide the chilled dough into 2 parts, roll each into a rectangle about 30×15 cm and 3 mm thick.

Sprinkle lightly with starch, grease with jam or jam, sprinkle with chopped nuts.

Roll the dough into a roll in three turns, seal the edges well;

Lay the rolls seam side down on a baking sheet.

Bake at 180°C, top-bottom mode, about 35-40 minutes;

Cool the finished rolls completely, and then cut into pieces 2.5-3 cm wide;
