Step by step cooking recipe

Peel blackcurrants from dry tails and rinse.

Put the berries in a pan, add 3 tbsp. sugar and heat for a couple of minutes.

Pour in the remaining sugar, reduce the heat to a minimum and simmer for 5 minutes.

Pour the hot jam into clean, dry jars and roll up.
