Step by step cooking recipe

Peel oranges from peel and white films, disassemble into slices.

Pass blackcurrants and oranges through a meat grinder.

Add sugar, stir and leave for 20-30 minutes.

Place the saucepan over low heat and bring to a boil.

Pour in citric acid, boil for 5-7 minutes and close in prepared jars.
