Boiled tongue and 3 sauces for it for every taste

Cooking language:

First, we make the broth in which the tongue will be cooked.

Peel the onion and cut in half.

We process with a gas burner or fry in a dry frying pan.

Water to cover the tongue.

Add soy sauce.

Salt.

The brine should be salty.

Bay leaf.

Italian herbs or any of your favorite spices.

If you cook in a double boiler, then 1 hour, if on the stove for 3 hours over low heat.

Take out the tongue and hot, clean it under cold water, then it is very easy to clean.

Return back to the brine for 6-12 hours without heating.

Then the tongue will take all the juice.

Pat dry with paper towels and slice before serving.

Sauce 1:

Sour cream – 1 tbsp.

Pickled horseradish – 1 tbsp

Lemon juice – 1/2 tsp

Mix.

Sauce 2:

Mayonnaise – 1 tbsp.

Wasabi – 1 tbsp.

Mix.

Sauce 3:

Mayonnaise – 1 tbsp.

Ketchup – 1 tbsp.

Garlic – 1 tooth. through a garlic press or grater

Mix.
