. Mix flour, salt and yeast.
Add water at room temperature, mix, cover with cling film and leave in a draft-free place for 12-18 hours.
. After forming the bread as shown in the video and put on paper, rise for 2 hours.
. After an hour and a half, start heating the oven to 250 gr.
In a cold oven, put the form or pan where the bread will be baked.
Remove the mold after 30 minutes.

Then remove the lid and cook for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
