For the biscuit, beat the eggs and sugar with a whisk for 1 minute.
Add vegetable oil and milk, mix and a pinch of salt.
Add in parts of the sifted flour mixed with cocoa and baking powder.
Pour the dough onto a baking sheet lined with paper or a rug and bake at 180 gr. 20 minutes.
Cool, cut and spread with cream and jam.
Cream – mix cream cheese with cream and powdered sugar with a mixer for a minute.
