Step by step cooking recipe
Wash and peel all vegetables first. Twist the tomatoes through a meat grinder. Cut the rest of the vegetables into strips.
Rinse the mackerel well and boil. Let cool and separate from the pits.
Stir vegetables with tomato paste and cook over medium heat. Boil for half an hour until vegetables are ready, then add fish, salt, sugar, vinegar and spices to taste. Boil for another 30 minutes.
Pour the hot salad into dry sterilized jars. Roll up and send to store in a dark cool place.
