Step by step cooking recipe

Rinse the mackerel, gut, remove the tail and head.

Cut the fish into small pieces and put in a saucepan with a thick bottom.

Add spices, sugar, salt, water and oil.

Boil for 15 minutes over medium heat, and then reduce the heat to a minimum and simmer for another 2 hours.

Arrange hot canned food in sterilized jars, roll up and wrap for a day with a thick towel.
