Canned pollock for the winter


I don’t like buying convenience foods and fast food. I don’t think there is anything better than homemade! Canned fish is very popular in my family. I recently cooked canned pollock. Try it too!

Step by step cooking recipe

Cut pollock fillet into small pieces.

Put pieces of pollock and spices in prepared jars. Don’t forget to leave a third of the can free.

Boil water with sugar and salt. Add tomato paste, oil and immediately remove from heat.

Pour the marinade into the pollock jars and place in a pot of hot water.

Sterilize for 1.5 hours, carefully remove and roll up.
