Step by step cooking recipe
Pass all the vegetables through a meat grinder and boil for half an hour over low heat.
Add the washed sprat and simmer for another 1.5 hours.
Add oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and spices.
Simmer for another 10 minutes and roll the canned sprats into sterile jars.
