Cappuccino at home without a coffee machine

To prepare delicious cappuccino at home, it is not necessary to have a coffee machine. Today I will tell you how to make a coffee drink with lush foam using a Turk. If you have a cappuccinatore – well, if not – we can do without it.

Step by step cooking recipe

Prepare an espresso. To do this, mix ground coffee and sugar in a Turk, add water and bring the mixture to a boil and foam. Remove the cezve from the heat, wait until the foam settles, and then bring to a boil again. Cover the cezve with a saucer and let the coffee brew a little.

Heat the milk in the microwave for 30 seconds.

Whip warm milk into foam using a cappuccino maker (if there is no cappuccino maker, you can pour the milk into a French press and raise / lower the piston several times).

Pour milk with foam into a cup, gently pour espresso in a thin stream. Decorate your cappuccino with cinnamon or topping and enjoy a delicate coffee drink.
