Caucasian adjika for the winter – a simple and tasty recipe, how to cook step by step

Caucasian adjika for the winter

For many years, Caucasian adjika has not lost its position in the ranking of popular sauces in the world. It is sold in stores, served in restaurants and cafes, and often cooked at home. Liquid seasoning can be brewed in season and closed for the winter. I’m sharing a proven recipe.

Step by step cooking recipe

Cut the hot pepper in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.

Disassemble the garlic into cloves and remove the husk.

Grind vegetables in a blender or pass through a meat grinder.

Add suneli hops, salt, sugar and oil.

Boil for 5 minutes over low heat. Pour in the vinegar, stir and immediately remove from the stove.

Put adjika in a clean, dry jar and roll up. You can store such a workpiece even at room temperature.
