Cauliflower in an unusual batter
Step by step cooking recipe
After I dismantled the cabbage into inflorescences, I put a pot of water on the stove.
A little salt and leave to boil.
As soon as the water boils, I spread the cabbage and blanch for just one minute.
I take the cabbage out of the water and leave it to cool.
I’m making batter.
Beat the eggs in a deep bowl.
I add salt and beat with a whisk.
I add cornmeal, corn starch and black pepper to the eggs.
I mix all the ingredients.
The batter is ready.
I heat up a pan with sunflower oil.
I dip the cabbage inflorescences in batter and put them in a pan.
Fry on all sides until golden brown.
And while the cabbage is fried, prepare the sauce for it.
I mix sour cream with salt and squeezed garlic.
Be sure to cook the cabbage in such a batter.
