Chanterelle jam – a simple and delicious recipe, how to cook step by step




One of the most outlandish recipes that I have ever tried is chanterelle jam. Such mushroom blanks are an interesting trend in French cuisine. It turns out very peculiar, but definitely worthy of attention.

Step by step cooking recipe

Sort, mushrooms, fill with cold water and overnight and then randomly cut.

Add sugar and 200 ml of water, bring to a boil and cook over low heat for half an hour.

Add a grated or finely chopped apple and cook for another half an hour.

Add lemon juice and cinnamon, boil for another 5 minutes and roll the jam into sterile jars.
