Remember how great it was in childhood during the winter holidays to take a walk with friends in the yard, despite the frost, go sledding, ice skating, or just fall in the snow or make a snowman with friends, who has a carrot nose and loves frost very much. New Year’s holidays always take us at least a little at that time … And the winters were different then, it was frosty, and not like this year’s plus temperature on December 31st.
It brought me such a tasty and beautiful appetizer – melting snowman cheese balls on toast, appetizing and beautiful.
Finely chop the chicken fillet, put in a bowl.
Finely chop the boiled egg, add to a cup with chicken fillet.
Remove the canned pineapple from the syrup, also finely chop and add to a cup with chicken fillet and egg.
Add curd cheese to a cup with chicken fillet, egg and canned pineapple, salt and pepper to taste, mix well.
Toast slices of bread in a toaster.
Grate hard cheese on a fine grater.
Spread a layer of curd cheese on each slice of bread and sprinkle with finely grated cheese.
From the prepared mass of curd cheese, chicken fillet, eggs and canned pineapple, roll up balls weighing about 15 grams, which are good to roll in finely grated cheese.

Decorate the “head” of a snowman by making “eyes” and “buttons” from olives, “nose” and “mouth” from carrots, and “hands in mittens” from sticks and cheese.
Put the prepared snack – cheese balls “Melting Snowman” on toast on a dish and serve.
