I always have a couple of jars of this delicious treat in my pantry. Cherries in gelatin can be served with pancakes, pancakes and simply smeared on bread. Harvesting for the winter will not take you much time, and the result will certainly please you.
Step by step cooking recipe
Rinse the cherries under running water, remove the seeds. Drain the resulting juice into a separate container.
Transfer the cherries to a deep saucepan, sprinkle with sugar and put aside for 6-8 hours.
Dissolve gelatin in cherry juice, leave for 15-20 minutes.
Heat the gelatin mass in a steam bath for a couple of minutes, but do not bring to a boil.
Put the pot with the cherry on low heat and boil for 5-7 minutes after boiling.
Pour in the gelatin blank, mix and immediately remove from heat. Arrange in sterilized jars and roll up.
