Step by step cooking recipe

Rinse the cherries, remove the stones and place in a saucepan with a thick bottom.

Sprinkle with sugar and leave for 8-10 hours.

Bring to a boil over low heat and simmer for 10 minutes.

Add spices, salt, oil, garlic passed through a press and simmer for another 5-7 minutes.

Pour in the vinegar, boil for 2 minutes and place in sterilized jars.
