Chicken breast rolls stuffed with cheese

Chicken breast rolls stuffed with cheese

Remove skin and bones from chicken breast.
Rinse the fillets under running water and pat dry with paper towels.
Cut each half of the breast fillet lengthwise into 2 parts.
Cover each of the resulting parts with cling film and beat off with a kitchen hammer.
Sprinkle chicken meat with salt and ground pepper, also add a little spice to taste (we have paprika, but you can use ready-made sets of spices for chicken).
Cheese grate on a large grater.
Leave a portion of the cheese (1/4) to sprinkle on top of the rolls when baking.
Finely chop the parsley.
Mix cheese with herbs.
Mix mayonnaise and sour cream.
Peel and grate the garlic clove or pass through a press.
Mix.
Lubricate the baking dish with vegetable oil.
Lubricate each chop with sour cream sauce.
Put the filling on the blanks and roll them into rolls.
Place the rolls in a baking dish and top with the remaining sour cream sauce.
Send to a preheated oven to bake at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.
Sprinkle the rolls with cheese and bake for about 10 more minutes.
We serve ready-made chicken rolls to the table as an independent dish or with any side dish.
Enjoy your meal!
