Chicken drumsticks with mushrooms and potatoes

Spray a baking dish with olive oil.

Coarsely chop the potatoes, put in a mold, mix, pepper.

Add a sprig of rosemary and bake in an oven preheated to 190 degrees for 20 minutes.

At the same time, wash the shins.

Place in a saucepan.

Dilute the broth in boiling water.

Pour the broth over the shanks and put on the fire.

Cook with the lid open for 20 minutes over medium heat – the liquid should evaporate a little and thicken.

Potatoes and drumsticks are cooked almost simultaneously.

Quickly fry the mushrooms in 1 tsp of vegetable oil, literally a minute, over high heat, stirring.

We get potatoes.

Do NOT turn off the oven.

Put the chicken on it along with the sauce.

Add champignons and pickled mushrooms.

Pepper to taste.

Salt was not added. bouillon salty

We put in the oven and cook for 20-25 minutes at 190 – be guided by your oven.

Remove the dish, stir and serve immediately!
