Chicken fillet in breadcrumbs with cheese and bacon
Step by step cooking recipe
Cover the baking sheet with parchment.
Lubricate with sunflower oil.
Chicken breast should be washed and dried.
Cut each breast fillet into two pieces.
Salt the meat, pepper and add paprika.
Lay the fillet on parchment.
Cheese (suluguni or mozzarella) cut into slices.
Put in sliced cheese.
Place bacon on top of cheese.
Grate hard cheese on a fine grater into breadcrumbs (the type of cheese does not really matter).
Mix.
Coat the chicken fillet with the breading mixture.
Drizzle the breading mixture with olive (refined) oil.
Bake the fillet for about 20-25 minutes in an oven preheated to 190 degrees.
Breaded chicken breast with cheese is ready!
