Chicken thighs with paprika sauce

Put the bell pepper in a baking dish and grease with vegetable oil.

Bake for 15-20 minutes in an oven preheated to 250 degrees.

Then put it in a bag and tie the edges so that you can easily remove the skin later.

Chicken thighs (you can take both on the bone and fillet), salt and pepper on both sides.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan.

Fry the chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side.

Then place the thighs in a baking dish.

Remove the skin and seeds from the pepper.

Pour into blender bowl.

Add cream, olive oil, salt and garlic.

Grind until smooth.

Pour sauce over chicken and top with mozzarella balls.

Bake for 15-20 minutes in an oven preheated to 200 degrees.
