Form 20×20 cm.
Melt the chocolate and butter in the microwave in short pulses of 10-15 seconds, the main thing is not to overdo it, otherwise the chocolate will curdle.
Beat eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt with a mixer in a lush light mass.
Pour glaze into egg mixture and stir until smooth.
Sift flour and cocoa, knead the dough with a spatula until smooth.
Cover the bottom and sides of the mold (20×20) with baking parchment.
Pour the dough into a mold, smooth it out.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 20-25 minutes.
After baking, the dessert should remain soft and tender inside, do not overdo it!
Allow to cool completely before removing from parchment.
The brownie tastes even better the next day if you put it in an airtight container or wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate.
Cut brownies into pieces and serve with tea or coffee.
