Step by step cooking recipe

Boil 1 liter of water, add chokeberry and boil for 2 minutes.

Drain the berries in a colander and rinse with running water.

Bring fresh 500 ml of water to a boil, add cherry leaves and simmer for 15 minutes over low heat.

Cool, strain and mix with sugar.

Boil the syrup, add chokeberry berries and boil for 10 minutes.

Blend with an immersion blender until smooth and reduce to desired consistency, stirring frequently.

Arrange hot jam in jars and roll up.
