Prepare dried fruits in advance as shown in the video (I cooked in 1 day)
Opara: mix milk, yeast, sugar and flour.
Leave for 20 minutes.
Mix dry ingredients: flour, salt, sugar, almond flour, almond essence and spices.
Add milk and dough to flour. Mix.
Add 1 tbsp softened butter.
Mix well by hand each time.
Knead the dough for 15 minutes with your hands.
If the combine, then 10 minutes.
Add dried fruits.
Leave in a warm place for 1 hour.
Form the stollen as shown in the video.
Bake at 180 gr for 1 hour.
If you have 2 stollen, then the baking time increases.
Finally check with a toothpick.
Should come out dry.
