First of all, we send dried fruits, spices and zest to a food container. Add orange juice, mix the Jägermeister and leave for a day. Then we send milk, sugar, yeast, wheat flour into a bowl and knead the dough with a spoon. Then add vanilla sugar, melted butter to the dough and knead the dough. Then we send dried fruits to the dough and mix them into the dough. After that, we send the dough to a bowl, cover with a film and leave to rise for 2 hours. When everything is cooked, divide the dough into 3 parts and roll it into a thin layer. On the dough we make a recess and turn the adit. Cover the stollen with foil and leave to rise for 20 minutes. When the stollens come up, we send them to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 1 hour. Then grease the stollen with melted butter, sprinkle with powdered sugar. We wrap them in parchment paper, then in foil and leave them to rest for a couple of days.
