Defrost the dough according to package instructions.
For the sauce, place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
Spread the dough on parchment, cut in half on parchment, roll each half into a rectangle.
Transfer one part on parchment to a baking sheet, generously grease the dough with pesto sauce and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Top with the second part of the dough and cut into a triangle in the shape of a Christmas tree.
Make cuts on both sides, leaving 5 cm in the center.
Twist the resulting strips.
Bake at 200° for 25 minutes.
