Step by step cooking recipe

Rinse the apples, remove the cores, cut into slices along with the skin.

Place the apples in a bowl and sprinkle with sugar. Shake the bowl so that the sugar is evenly distributed, cover and leave for a day.

Put the bowl with the workpiece on the fire, bring to a boil and boil for several minutes after boiling, stirring occasionally with a wooden spoon. Remove the bowl from the heat and leave for a day.

Repeat the procedure twice over the next two days.

After the last cooking, place the hot jam in pre-prepared sterile jars, roll up, turn upside down, wrap and cool. Store cooled apple jam in a cool, dark place.
