Step by step cooking recipe

. Hard boil eggs, cool and peel

. Cut the sorrel and transfer to a bowl or pan

. Pour sorrel with 300 ml of kefir – beat with a blender until smooth

. Feta cheese cut into small cubes and add to the sorrel base of the soup

. Pour the rest of kefir here and add olive oil – mix everything

. Then add lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste – mix well to dissolve the salt

. Cut cucumber, radish and boiled eggs into small cubes – add them to the main bowl – mix everything well

. Serve immediately (if chilled ingredients were used)

. When serving, you can decorate with boiled egg slices, radish slices and fresh herbs.
