Cookie roll with mascarpone

If there are a couple of packs of cookies in the house, you can make a soft roll for dessert. For a harder base and filling, you can add butter, but I didn’t want extra fat here, because mascarpone is already quite fatty cream cheese. It behaved quite well in carrying, I already treated it, since the roll is large-36 cm. You can pour raisins, dried cranberries or cherries into the filling.
